You own features from schema to pixel and carry them into production. If you built it, you deploy it, you watch it, and you make it better.

Full-Stack Engineer

OpenFull-time

Ship whole features across our venture portfolio, from database schema to polished UI. You will work directly with the founder on products with real, paying users.

What you will do

  • 01Build and ship features end to end across Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
  • 02Own what you ship: deploy it, monitor it, and improve it in production
  • 03Move between ventures as priorities shift, from retail ops to sports data
  • 04Shape architecture decisions instead of inheriting them

What we look for

  • 01Strong TypeScript and React, with real production experience
  • 02Comfort across the stack: APIs, databases, deployment, and UI
  • 03Bias for shipping: you would rather launch and iterate than polish in private
  • 04Clear async communication; we run on updates, not meetings

Founding Engineer (New Ventures)

Be the first engineer on ventures still in incubation. You will take products from zero to launch inside Cedar's studio, starting with what we are building next.

What you will do

  • 01Take new ventures from first commit to first paying user
  • 02Make the early technical calls: stack, architecture, and infrastructure
  • 03Work daily with the founder on product direction, not just tickets
  • 04Set the engineering standard the venture scales on

What we look for

  • 01You have built and launched products before, ideally as an early or solo engineer
  • 02Deep comfort with the modern web stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres
  • 03Product judgement: you can tell the difference between what is hard and what matters
  • 04Appetite for ownership and the ambiguity that comes with it
